The best hire is another you
Your team keeps coming back with questions you already know the answer to. What did you promise? Why did you make an exception? What matters most this week?
Build the digital version of you. Share your Sentience so employees can get answers while you keep working.
Stop explaining the same thing twice
Your Sentience learns from your email, messages, recorded meetings and documents. Tell it your priorities and the principles behind your choices.
Then let your team ask:
- Why did we prioritize this request?
- What did I say mattered most?
- What is the history behind this pricing exception?
- What did we agree with this partner?
They can get the background before bringing you a new decision.
Share it on your terms
Enable sharing in Slack or through a web link. Choose which sources your Sentience can use in each destination. When a request needs your input, it comes back to you.
Start with a question you answer every week and the work behind it.
How Anna uses hers
Anna Levitt, founder of Bubble Boss Co. and a fractional Head of People, starts many mornings with Sentience. It brings her up to speed, helps her think through decisions and drafts emails in her voice.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get my judgment out of my head without writing a company handbook?
Talk through why you made a choice, record your thinking or connect the conversations where you worked it out. Your Sentience can use that material when employees ask about a decision. Start with one question you keep answering and give it the history behind your answer.
Can Sentience help before I have a team?
Yes. Use it to prepare for customer calls, work through a decision and write follow-ups in your voice. It can surface important messages and draft replies while you move between responsibilities. When you hire, you can choose which knowledge to make available through your shared Sentience.
Can my team use it to make new commitments on my behalf?
Sharing lets employees ask your Sentience about the knowledge you have made available. It does not give them authority to make new commitments for you. Requests that need your approval can come back to you with a draft reply to review.
