Skip the catch-up meeting
What did the customer ask for? Why did the plan change? What have we already promised?
Let your team ask your Sentience. It can find answers in the work you've chosen to share, so you spend less time repeating yourself.
Get caught up in Slack
Colleagues can ask your Sentience in Slack or through a shared web link. It draws on the sources you enable for that destination, including relevant conversations and documents.
They can find the earlier discussion, check what was agreed and prepare a reply. When they need your input, your Sentience brings the request to you.
From a Slack conversation to a support email
A beta user described Sentience drafting most of a support email from a Slack conversation with their cofounder. It also found the support address they'd struggled to find in Gmail.

Frequently asked questions
Which meetings can Sentience help us skip?
Start with catch-ups whose purpose is to recover information: what the customer asked for, why the plan changed or what you already promised. Colleagues can ask your Sentience for that history from shared sources. Keep the meeting when you need to debate a new decision or resolve a disagreement.
Can it answer a question if the answer is buried in an old conversation?
Yes, when that conversation is connected and its source is enabled for the place where your colleague is asking. Sentience can use relevant messages and documents to explain what happened. The colleague can ask follow-up questions without needing you to reconstruct the thread.
What is a useful first question for my team to try?
Pick a project you already work on together and ask, "What did we agree with this customer, and what is still open?" Enable the relevant sources for sharing first. It gives your colleague a practical way to get caught up before bringing you anything that needs a new decision.
